[udig-devel] A uDig test release

Install ended up in:
C:\Program Files\uDig\1.1\eclipse\

In the past we have had a "udig" folder rather than "eclipse".

I see that -vm and -configuration are specified in the shortcut now; did 
picking up the jre in the default location stop working?
