This patch will add a new plugin called net.refraction.udig.plugins that allows uDig to properally load and save it's workspace when run as a plugin to another RCP.  It calls some methods from the UDIGApplication class so I had to modify the permissions on  those function to allow this to work.  This patch is against the 1.1.x branch but should also work on the trunk.
