invalid password used over and over again
-----------------------------------------

                 Key: UDIG-1389
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/UDIG-1389
             Project: uDIG
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: catalog, layer, wfs, wms
    Affects Versions: UDIG 1.1-RC14, UDIG 1.1-RC13, UDIG 1.1-RC12, UDIG 1.1-RC11, UDIG 1.1.RC10, UDIG 1.1.RC9
Environment: mac, leopard, java 5, udig trunk and udig 1.1
            Reporter: Tore Halset
            Assignee: Jody Garnett
Fix For: UDIG 1.1.0, UDIG 1.2

If a user enters an invalid password, that password is used over and over again. The user should be asked to reenter the password instead. The same thing happens if a user changes the password on the server and then enters an invalid password.

Invalid first password problem. Here is how to reproduce it.
1. Add wms data source to a wms using username/password
2. When asked for a username/password, enter an invalid password and check that it should be stored.
3. No error message is shown and the username/password dialog does not show up and more.
4. Press cancel and readd the wms. The username/password dialog does still not show up.
5. To be able to enter a valid password, the wms must be removed from the catalog first.

You can use the following wms as an example.
url: http://dalsnuten.ecc.as/ecc/wms?
username: guest
password: guest

Changing password problem. Here is how to reproduce it.
1. Add a wms with a valid username and password
2. Change the password on the server
3. try a "Redraw Map"
4. A new username/password shows up
5. Enter an invalid username/password and a new dialog is not shown, only a red cross on the layer in the Layers tab
