[udig-devel] RC14 LInux Install

Greets:

Seem to have run into and interesting snag installing udig 1.1-RC14

The error message is as follows:

"Could not initialize the application's security component. The most likely 
cause is problems with files in your application's profile directory. Please 
check that this directory has no read/write restrictions and your hard disk 
is not full or close to full."

Testing on KUbuntu Hardy Heron 8.0.4 and have not come across this install 
error before. Not sure what the application is looking for? Any clues would 
be appreciated. 

Installed to /home/<user account>udig so there should be no profile issues at 
all unless java or eclipse wants something special.
