Hi, I can confirm that the axios plugins are linked with SDL 14. In my SDK I 
can see the DoubleClickRunAcceptBehaviour class in the 

package net.refractions.udig.tools.edit.behaviour

in jar file

net.refractions.udig.tools.edit_1.1.0.jar

Maybe you should downlad the last build of SDK 14.
