Hi Matthias - I end up using a number in front of the name and then
sorting by title.
I know I went through the same set of questions you listed; and stessed
out about it for a while. But really going with a leading number did not
end up being that bad (mostly because confluence will update all the
links when you revise the numbers).
Also note that much of the reference material materials (list of views,
list of wizards, etc...) does not need to be ordered. It is mostly when
you have lists of insturctions like in the ADMIN space.
