Check out the website; it is more of a community contribution effort 
rather than waitinf for ibm/websphere to cough up some. Looks like the 
german translation is in the lead.

I can wait until after your deadline; I will try and get the 
instructions in place by then (I ran into some trouble sorting through 
some of the optional dependencies like the udig *doc* plugin).
