[udig-devel] Quickstart doesn't work for me & German translation update

Thanks Matthias, I am not sure I am on the list to get the logfile ... 
perhaps via private email?
I did test this functionality; from a fresh RC14 install on Windows XP. 
I will do so again, using the -nl de flag I guess.
