Okay is when page content and encoding match and the html code correctly advertises what encoding it is using.
Otherwise I don't care.
IS and Firefox allow to interpret the page as different character encodings, but with none of the usual ones it looks correctly.
The current content seems to be neither UTF-8 nor windows1252 nor UTF-16 nor ISO-8859-1.
