I did a mix of svn merge and manual fixes because it was not clear what
the Adrian commit was about. I touched only three files:
geotools/trunk/gt/modules/extension/xsd/ows/src/main/java/org/geotools/ows/v1_1/OWSConfiguration.java
geotools/trunk/gt/modules/plugin/imagemosaic/src/main/java/org/geotools/gce/imagemosaic/ImageMosaicFormat.java
geotools/trunk/gt/modules/library/coverage/src/main/java/org/geotools/coverage/processing/operation/BandSelector2D.java
