[udig-devel] Foreign online help pages don't show special chars correctly

Hi uDiggers,

the subject already sais it:
On my (German) PC I see the Gernman, French etc. online help pages with their respective special characters (like öäü in German) are shown wrongly.
The RC13 release however has a correct online help. 
When I edit a wiki page the wrong characters are there too. Not sure if they will show up correctly in the RC14 help, but I'd like to show them correct in the wiki already.

I wouldn't like to manually correct any special characters in the whole online help. Is there any possibility to correct them more or less automatically (search&replace) in the while German wiki space?
