[udig-devel] time-dependent-raster-visualization

Hi udiggers.
I need some thoughts about how a timedependent rastermap visualization  
could be.

We are thinking to bring netcdf support to udig and that could mean a  
lot of things, but the first one I can think of is the timeline problem.

So, apart of the format, which is a very important one, I need some  
help on how I would deal with it in udig.

I mean, I load a map of meteo data for a whole week. What would  
happen? Will it show the first map and then in the drop down menu in  
the layers view I would have an entry that says play and a way to  
configure the timestep?
