[udig-devel] more comments on thursday's RC13 snapshot

I can't seem to reproduce the relative path issue any more.  I have it  
fixed for OSX.  I have the file on an external drive.  I add it and  
the URL is fine.  I shut down and reboot and the URL is still fine.    
Perhaps you can clear out the workspace and try again?
