[udig-devel] uDig RC13 the next test version is ready :)

On windows:
1. an intro error: could not find a valid configuration for Intro Path: 
intro element in extension: org.eclipse.ui.intro in Bundle: 
net.refraction.udig.ui. My windows installation is an Italian installation.

2. some problem defining the projection, the parameter is set to -1 but 
it seems to use the lat-long WGS84 even if I drag in the map view a 
shape with the projection file. I am not sure of this problem... maybe 
some garbage of old installations...

3. the path in the catalog are good even if I use other partitions 
instead of C either for the installation and for the data... GREAT!!! :-)

That's good for me now... :-)
