[udig-devel] uDig RC13 the next test version is ready :)

Hi,

I've put another version of RC13 online.  We think the big issues  
reported against the last test version have been fixed and a couple  
little bonus's have been added.  For example the CQL in the Table view.

I've also added a Power PC mac export.  It is completely untested  
though so let me know how it work.
