[udig-devel] uDig 1.1 RC13 available for testing

Hi All,

This is a shout out to play with the new unofficial RC13 release. Let  
me know if you have any issues.  I'm going to officially release this  
on Monday so let me know if there are any issues with the release  
before I do.
