Its a transitive dependency from the gt2-xml-core module, so I guess I forgot 
to add it as a remote download too. Yet, I'm not sure what it is used for 
inside the xml-core module, can't find any direct reference to it but the 
dependency is direct, so I guess its one of those cases where you're forced 
to include it because a real dependency does not have a correct pom. But 
Justin may know off the top of his head
