[udig-devel] RC14 Walkthrough 2 - hole cutter on temp layer produces duplicates

A couple more small things:
- Edit > Select All does not do anything (too bad it would be useful)
- Hole Cutter section of the wakthrough (against a temp layer of Lakes) 
produces a duplicate lake when used, the effect is repeatable.
- it would make so much sense to remove the scatch Lake layer from the 
catalog after it has been saved out to disk (after all the Map has 
already been updated to reflect the new layer)
