[udig-devel] uDig 1.1 RC14 available FOR TESTING

Not yet the official release but RC14 is ready for testing.  Since  
RC13 mostly there are:

- More help pages
- I think a help book that is directly linked to the WIKI so it will  
stay up-to-date as we update the help
- Lots of fixes to the printing framework.
- Some minor fixes for Styling.
