RC14 SDK has been reset (based on Jesse work).

Following the set up instructions I have the following glitches:
- all eclipse extensions ever show up twice
- all eclipse extensions ever show up twice (think it is because eclipse 
and the sdk are both check in the target platform)
- link to branding zip in custom app pdf is broken
- new application screen snap in pdf does not show extending 
UDIGApplication as described in text

I was able to go through the Custom Application tutorial; so this SDK is 
still really useful.
