[udig-devel] datastore cache

I will do my best to make the cache as general as possible; I am just 
saying up front what the limitations of my ability to test will be. 
Unless we do a run with the profiler we should not assume where the 
rendering process is slow .. as an example I spent a month of WFS 
performance; and found that changing the size of the array used to hold 
features when reading when reading made things over a 100 times faster 
(it was spending most of its time swapping threads).
