Howdy,

I apologize for not introducing myself earlier. I'm Matthew Ludlum and my
project proposal for SoC was to integrate KML functionality via a Plug-in as
per requested in the Wiki. I'm more than happy to answer any questions and
take any suggestions on where to get started or anything else.
