[udig-devel] SoC proposals discussion?

How do you guys want to do this? We could have an IRC meeting; or I can 
post the Applications to the email list here for discussion?

The goal here is to review the applications; and choose a couple that 
uDig mentors will be willing to mentor (and make sure they are sane; 
have limited enough scope that the student won't break and so on).

We have the following to consider:
- Digital Elevation Model for software uDig
- UDig- KML import and functionality Add-in

And a few related GeoTools endeviours
- KML reader for GeoTools
- Image mosacing/pyramidal geotools plugin
