[udig-devel] style / events and so forth

I have fixed this now (-r29772). It looks like 99% of the time we are 
just storing a geotools Style object on the style blackboard (so losing 
the ability to look up the parent StyleLayerDescriptor) object did not 
end up being that important.

I also took the time to javadoc classes I had not met before, next time 
you are in this section of the codebase I would welcome feedback.
