[udig-devel] messing around with svn access

I am shutting off access for GeoTools developers who could not be 
contacted at this time (as part of GeoTools joing the open source 
geospatial foundation we need to round them all up and sign a 
contributors agreement).

The reason I mention this here on the udig-devel list is because I may 
accidentally turn off *your* svn access; please let me know!
