You are correct - wrong API version. If we can change the 
copy.properties file to list the correct version of geoapi to download 
we should be good, I will do this later today. The GeoAPI project is 
*finally* removing interfaces classes that are not used and in the way. 
So as we upgrade over the next while geoapi will be getting lighter and 
more to the point - happiness all around.
