[udig-devel] Eclipse 3.3 Upload

Morning Adrian:
This is really Eclipse JDE ("Jesse" Development Environment) .... rather 
than following the instructions on how to set up eclipse; install the 
needed plugins, drop in the uDig documentation plugin and so on ... you 
can just download everything.

PS. The instructions on how to do everything yourself are here 
(http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/UDIG/Eclipse+SDK+Installation) 
but the version numbers need to be updated.
