[udig-devel] Problem Launching UDig on Windows XP

Hi Ken,

I too have bothered admin about http://www.refractions.net/ for a while 
now - :-)

Ken could you submit a patch for the shortcut? Is this related to us 
developers
usually being logged on in administrator mode?
