What do I need to do with the schema?  The full OS schema set can be 
downloaded from here:

http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/xml/schema/index.html

I've tried downloading them and just dropping them next to my .gml 
file, but that doesn't seem to help at all.  Anything special I need to do?
