[udig-devel] Notes while updating walkthroughs for RC11

- We could use a "what is new link" on the welcome page.
- Pressing F1 to bring up context senstive help does not seem to work

I also noted during my last build of trunk that the vista graphical 
downgrade no longer occured when looking at simple shapefiles.  No idea 
if this is due to Andrea has been optimizing the geotools renderer, or 
Eclipse 3.3.
