[udig-devel] early plugin startup problem

Hello,

i have a problem (again ;) ). I wrote a plugin which opens an ssh tunnel to
connect to a WFS (geoserver) through a firewall wich allows only ssh
connections. so this plugin opens a local port where i can reach the WFS.
the problem is, that the plugin loads to late. the maps and the catalog are
allready loaded i shows that the WFS sourc is not reachable. 

i start the plugin bei implement the org.eclipse.ui.startup extension. but
this extension point loads the plugin after the workbench ui. and this i
fare to late.

has anyone a idea to load the plugin before the workbench ui?
