[udig-devel] Eclipse 3.3.1 on Windows or Mac

Thanks Ingmar; I had heard this was needed for OS X development but 
nobody had written down exactly what was needed. I updated the following 
page with your instructions:

I am still missing Eclipse install instructions for Mac; apparently it 
is so easy you don't require help ;-)
