[udig-devel] asking help for making a dynamic show of a flood

hi all.i am colin.  Now our group are develop a udig-based traffic program,which needs to show disasters.  i want to make a dynamic show of a flood in the udig, and are there APIs or some examples that I can read?  sorry for troubling you so much.
