[udig-devel] German translation updates

Hi uDiggers,

I've again spent some hours updating the German translations to the latest changes in uDig 1.1.
It went rather smoothly, except that I had to modify some build.xml locally, which showed exported packages that didn't exist. I was able to run uDig fully from within the IDE, something that I failed on my last attempt for translations.

Some remarks:
- On the page 
  http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/UDIG/Adding+Translations
  you write: "How Matthias Basler uses RBE (possibly outdated)"
  You may scratch the "possibly outdated", because I did it just this
  way today. If you know a better way or some better tool, let me know.

- In the preferences, the "Help" and "Help -> Content" sections are
  English in RC12 and cannot be translated yet.
  This should be fixed until 1.1 final

- With a "clean workspace", UDig created a NullPointerException after
  closing the intro screen. The tips are not shown. Neither are any
  views/editors visible or can be opened.
  Just after a restart uDig works normally.
  I thought my uDig setup in Eclipse might not be correct, but I
  encountered the same with a freshly installed RC12 (on WinXP SP2).
