[udig-devel] SDK is released

Hi all,

I've release the RC12 SDK.  But I've so far been unable to test it  
thoroughly.  If some eager developer out there would try it out and  
let the list know I would really appreciate it.  I will test it out  
when I have time but probably not on all platforms.
