[udig-devel] Free-hand or Draw Geometry tool missing?

I was interested in trying out the Free-hand draw geometry tool, but it
appears to be absent in both the Windows and OS X versions of uDig 1.1RC12.
Has this been dropped or am I missing something obvious?
