[udig-devel] Change UI to English

You have to launch the application with a "-nl" parameter to force 
another locale ; in your case : "-nl en_US"
The best way to be sure the -nl will always be the right one is to 
change your udig.ini file to add your -nl stuff to it... Or if you want 
you can just change your Windows shortcut to add -nl at the end of the 
"c:\.....\udig.exe" command ...
