[udig-devel] branding the about menu entry

THis will require some change to the code... As you correctly guessed  
we've hard coded it in.  I have a fix for it though that I can commit  
to 1.1.x.  I had to update the messages.properties and MenuBuilder in  
the udig.ui plugin.
