[udig-devel] Arabic Labels in the map

The problem is that it's in the factory.  Like it's param in the factory,
that gets passed to the DBF reader.  So it does have to be in a couple
places.  I'll find the patch, but be warned it's very out of date.  I think
it was 2.0.x
