[udig-devel] First version of SDK

Hi I've uploaded an SDK for RC10.  But it is just a preview as it  
needs some work because I am messing with it to get the Geotools  
source code incorporated but you can see the source code and run  
application with out difficulty.  But on some platforms you may have  
issues with exporting products.
