[udig-devel] Distortion of WMS Layer in RC9

I notice that the roads layer for Manitoba from our local WMS server is
being badly distorted. We don't see this with RC8. The roads layer can
be found at the WMS Server at:
http://mlidata.gov.mb.ca/wms/mlidata/request.asp? and the layer is the
LRS_ROAD_NETWORK. We are using the NAD83 UTM Zone 14 (EPSG:26914)
projection for this layer.

Is anyone else having this problem?
