[udig-devel] Jumpy panning, still there

Hi,
udig rc9 still shows jumpy panning behaviour, but I found a way
to make it happen, and a way to make it work as expected (not jumpy).

Works fine: click, drag, stop, release the button
Jumpy: click, drag, release while still moving, stop

The latter is my "default" behavior when trying to pan fast, and
it's not very pleasing to see :-)
