Bookmarks plugin does not reproject the bookmarks' envelope to the Viewport CRS

Bookmarks plugin does not reproject the bookmarks' envelope to the Viewport CRS, thus a change in the map's CRS makes any previously stored bookmark not to work.

Attached is a patch that solves the issue.

P.S. I'm assigning the issue to the map component as jira requires me to select a component and none seems to fit.
