[udig-devel] NullPointerException Zooming Out

Hi Leigh,

I added a check so this shouldn't happen again.  But I'm a little  
disturbed because I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.  But I  
think that is because of the MapGraphic.  I will have to test with one  
of those today.
