[udig-devel] Can't run trunk

I found that the geoapi timestaJody Garnett wrote did not match what was 
available here:
- http://lists.refractions.net/m2/org/opengis/geoapi/2.2-SNAPSHOT/

I have updated copy.properties to be:
- geoapi.timestamp=2.2-20071205.230329-1
