[udig-devel] download is not working

Hello,

I want to start to develop a GIS application based on uDig, but encounter following problem:

on the page "http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DEV/1+SDK+Quickstart"
the download is not working "http://udig.refractions.net/downloads/udig-1.1-RC13-sdk.win32.win32.x86.zip"
