[udig-devel] Udig on windows XP

Looks like the code to go from a URL to a File and back is having 
problems; a session with the debugger (or even just test cases) should 
fix it on the uDig 1.1.x branch.
Problems of this nature will be solved on this release; trunk is just a 
tech preview right now and not for serious use.
