[udig-devel] add map editor...

We have arranged udig into features; you should be able to add this gis 
application feature to your project. If that answer is too strange just 
add all the plugins that do not have to do with printing. Right now uDig 
assumes a couple of known menus (in order to contribute a Layer menu in 
the right spot for example). For details see the developers guide.
