[udig-devel] Updating to RC13

Hi Dave; I took a hard look at how UDIGApplication was being used and 
took some notes here:

I hope that page helps? I would love any more feedback you can give me 
on these changes; so far I have gotten ... your original email! I have 
not even been able to try out making a subclass myself :-)

The change from run() to start() was based on the Eclipse RCP contract 
changing to a different interface ... for more information review the 
what is new section of Eclipse 3.3.
