[udig-devel] eclipse 3.3 and geotools 2.4

And also some thought about internationalisation... in the hope nobody
gets too much annoied :)

There is a problem with the language pack. It seems that the official
rcp language packs won't be supplied for a while for the 3.3.
I changed all the entries in the manifest files of the 3.2 language
packs that blocked for 3.3 in order to be able to use them nevertheless.
I knew that there would be missing some translations but instead I'm not
able to export yet, because I need a "org.eclipse.ui.cheatsheets.nl1"
plugin which doesn't exist in the packs we used up to now.

Any comment and idea is very welcome,
